In this painting are the reflections in the glass of a shop window revealing a partial interior and at the same time displaying the street scene, cars and houses behind me. It is an interesting proposition to paint the shop contents combined with the street scene and landscape. Being part of the reflected image creates a ghostly or partial self portrait.

In this canvas the artist/observer is part of the reflection locating the viewer of the painting in that same position and subject to the returned gaze. Also the beady eye of the vintage rocking horse.
